E-commerce fulfillment
E-commerce fulfillment for direct-to-consumer brands
Your store talks to ShipStation. ShipStation talks to us. Same-day shipping on orders in by 9:00am Pacific — or a cheaper rate if you do not need that speed.
Minimus Fulfillment picks, packs and ships direct-to-consumer orders from our Thousand Oaks, California warehouse. Orders flow in through ShipStation, which connects to Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay and most other carts and marketplaces. Orders received by 9:00am Pacific ship the same business day, and our order error rate runs under 1%.
Two processing speeds — pick the one your customers need
Same-day shipping costs more to staff for than most brands realize, and plenty of products simply do not need it. So we price two tiers and let you choose per account.
| Same-day processing | 3-day processing | |
|---|---|---|
| What it means | Orders received by 9:00am Pacific leave the building that business day | Orders ship within three business days of being received |
| Cost | Standard rate | Discounted — a lower per-order rate |
| Best for | Replenishment customers, competitive categories, anything where delivery speed is part of the buying decision | Subscription and auto-ship programs, made-to-order and pre-order items, lower-urgency categories, and brands optimizing for margin over speed |
| Can I mix them? | Yes — many brands run same-day for their storefront and 3-day for subscription or wholesale-adjacent orders |
Rush handling is available on top of either tier when something has to move immediately. Tell us what your customers actually expect and we will tell you which tier makes sense — in a fair number of cases the 3-day program saves real money with no complaints at all.
How your store connects
We run on ShipStation rather than a proprietary portal. That choice matters more than it sounds like it does: it means there is nothing new for your team to learn, nothing to rebuild if you ever move, and your order data stays in a system you can log into yourself.
| What connects | Examples |
|---|---|
| Storefronts | Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Magento |
| Marketplaces | Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Faire |
| Subscription platforms | Recharge, Bold and others that push orders through the storefront |
| Carriers | FedEx (our national account), USPS, LTL freight, international consolidation |
If a platform you use is not on that list, ask. ShipStation’s connector library is long and we can usually work with a CSV or API drop for the unusual cases.
What happens to an order
- Order lands Your store pushes it to ShipStation within minutes.
- Rate shops and prints The order is rated across our FedEx account, USPS and any service rules you have set, then dropped to the pick line.
- Picked From your inventory, against whatever handling rules your product needs.
- Packed to your spec Your carton, your insert, your tissue, your note — or plain and fast if that is what the product calls for.
- Scanned out and tracked back Tracking posts to your store automatically, so the customer gets their notification without anyone touching it.
What we are good at that a bigger network is not
- Pack-outs that change. A seasonal insert, a promo add-on for two weeks, a different note for VIP customers. Large networks price change as an exception; we treat it as normal.
- Launch days. If a drop is going out Thursday and you need 2,000 orders gone by Friday, that is a conversation with the person running the floor.
- Actually looking at a package. If a customer says something arrived damaged, someone here can pull the same SKU off the rack and see for themselves.
- Customer service in the same building. The people answering your customers can see the order the picker saw. More on that.
Peak season
Peak is the season that breaks 3PL relationships. We plan for it with clients in advance — forecast volume, inbound timing, staffing, and how late in December you want to keep promising delivery. The earlier we know what is coming, the better the whole thing goes.
Common questions
What is your same-day shipping cutoff?
9:00am Pacific. Orders in by then go out the same business day. Rush handling is available when something needs to move immediately.
Do you offer a cheaper option if I don't need same-day shipping?
Yes. Our 3-day processing program ships orders within three business days at a discounted per-order rate. It suits subscription and auto-ship programs, pre-orders, and any category where customers are not choosing on delivery speed. You can run it alongside same-day for different order types.
Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with?
Anything ShipStation connects to, which covers Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Squarespace, Wix, Magento and many more. Because we use ShipStation rather than a proprietary portal, the integration is standard and there is nothing custom to build.
How accurate is your order picking?
Our order error rate runs under 1%. On-time shipping tracks the carriers’ own on-time performance — we control when a package leaves the building, not what happens after.
Can you use my custom packaging?
Yes. You can ship us your own cartons, mailers and inserts, or we can design and source them for you. Branded pack-outs, tissue, inserts and handwritten notes are routine here. More on packaging.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. We receive returns, inspect against your criteria, and restock, quarantine or dispose according to the rules you set. Apparel and beauty brands in particular should plan for this from the start.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, through an international consolidator, which is generally more economical for lower-volume international orders than shipping each one on a standard international service.
