Our headquarters and main fulfillment operation is in Thousand Oaks, California. A satellite warehouse in Ohio supports our foodservice distribution business and is available when a client program needs Midwest coverage.
Minimus Fulfillment’s headquarters and primary fulfillment operation is a 38,000 square foot facility at 2610 Conejo Spectrum Street in Thousand Oaks, California. It is where our people, our systems and our registrations sit, and it is where the large majority of client work is done. We also operate satellite warehouse space in Ohio, primarily supporting our foodservice distribution business, which can be used when a client program benefits from Midwest coverage.
Thousand Oaks, California — headquarters
38,000 square feet in Ventura County, about 40 miles northwest of Los Angeles and roughly an hour from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. FDA-registered, registered with the California Department of Public Health for food warehousing, and separately registered for organic handling. Ambient storage, shelf-stable product.

Ohio — satellite
Warehouse space in Zanesville, Ohio, on the I-70 corridor. It primarily serves our foodservice distribution business rather than the 3PL operation, but it is there if a client program benefits from holding some inventory closer to eastern customers. If that is relevant to you, raise it and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing — for most brands, running everything from one building is simpler and cheaper.
Do you need two locations?
Usually not. Splitting inventory shortens ground transit for customers on the far side of the country, but it means holding more total units, reconciling two stock positions, and accepting that some orders will be short on the wrong coast. For a brand with a concentrated customer base or a deep SKU count, a single well-run building beats a split almost every time.
