Services
Fulfillment services
Everything below happens in our own buildings, with our own people. Most brands start with one or two of these and add the rest as they grow.
E-commerce (DTC) fulfillment
Pick, pack and ship direct-to-consumer orders from Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Walmart and anywhere else ShipStation connects. Same-day on orders in by 9:00am Pacific.
Learn more →B2B & retail-compliant fulfillment
Case picking, pallet building, labeling to a retailer’s routing guide, and LTL freight. About half of what we ship is B2B — it is not an afterthought here.
Learn more →Amazon prep
FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bundling, carton marking and shipment creation for FBA, plus seller-fulfilled orders when you would rather hold your own inventory.
Learn more →Packaging, kitting & assembly
Custom shipper and retail boxes, displays, specialty packaging and inserts — designed and sourced here — then the hand assembly, kits and subscription pack-outs that fill them.
Learn more →Customer service
Staffed on site with your merchandise. Your customers answered under your brand, an enterprise ticketing system, and liaison with your own brand team.

Most brands arrive needing one thing — usually DTC shipping — and discover within a year that they also need wholesale pallets built to a retailer’s routing guide, a subscription box assembled monthly, and someone to answer the customer asking where their package is.
At most 3PLs those become three more vendors, or three more line items with three different onboarding processes. Here they are the same building and the same account team, working from the same inventory pool. That is the practical argument for a mid-sized operator over a large network: not lower rates, but fewer seams.
